Here's an early wax sealer fruit jar with a glasshouse maker's mark from Newark, Ohio....It has a 5 pointed star with letter N on it emb on bottom, which stands for Star Glass Co of Newark ,Ohio.....no embossing on sides of jar....Hand blown in mold, bimal....applied groove ring collar....aqua....quart....7 1/8"tall....Excellent condition with only 3 small shallow chips on outer edge of lip; no other damage. A nice clean jar. ....
