1977 VINTAGE AMATEUR FRAMED Flower Power PSYCHEDELIC Hippie WATER COLOR Signed

Description

As this wonderfully HIPPIE psychedelic inspired water color proves, FLOWER POWER images flowed from the 60's far into the 70's!!  This bright and cheerful representation brings the flowers to life...they almost appear to be moving!  The yellow daisies and orange poppies?? stand between the curly-quey (is that a word??) grasses.....ADORABLE!!  Main image is surrounded by a PAINTED mat and brown ribbed frame...so creative!  The REAL wood and glass frame painted yellow with the gold inset was a perfect choice! Including the frame, piece measures 8 7/8" horizontally, 10 7/8" vertically.  Picture is signed NINA and dated 1977.  Remaining in great condition, a bit of lightening near the very bottom is a  barely noticeable "flaw".  Hidden away for a long time, this darling work-of-art should be enjoyed once again!
