1980 Triumph Spitfire. Original low mileage Spitfire. Last year manufactured, original paint and it does have some minor dings/sm dents. This Spitfire spent the last couple years from Jan. 2018 to Feb. 2020 at a specialized automotive shop and thousands of dollars was spent going though it, top to bottom. Way to much to list here, but I did attach a copy of one of the major invoices that list in detail most of the work/parts renewed or replaced. If your looking for a fun inexpensive sports car, this is the one for you! What fun and economical sports car to drive and it gets awesome fuel economy to boot. All parts are still available and reasonably priced, I have some original literature and current parts catalogs that come with it. The top is in okay shape but needs to be replaced, I have (2) boots in excellent shape as seen in pictures. I most recently replaced both seat back cushions and reupholster both seats with the original hound's-tooth seat covers from RIMMER BROS (British Motor Heritage Approved). The radio was aftermarket and didn't work, so I took it out but didn't replace it. As of now all the gauges, directional signals and lights work fine with the exception of the directional interior glove box light, I did not investigate why. You can drive as is or with a little work make this Spitfire into a show car, its that good. This car may be listed locally and could end early and is sold as is with no warranty of any kind. Please do not bid if you it your not serious. This Spitfire is for local pick and shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.
