1980 Triumph Spitfire

Description

I bought this car from an Ebay seller in 2007 for 00.  The California title shows that the actual mileage then was 68,941.  It is now 69,366.  I had planned to drive it more than 415 miles in 14 years.  We had a few nice rides in the Santa Cruz hills.
I added a rollbar, Magnalite wheels and wide tires.  Previous owner replaced the 1980 rubber buggy bumpers with earlier chrome bumpers.  It's shown with aftermarket hardtop.  I have bought a quality canvas top for you to replace the worn canvas top.
The car has very slight rust as pictures try to show.  Interior is black vinyl with houndstooth check insert.  The passenger seat show some sun damage. Matching numbers?  Probably not..
Also have a collection of parts to send along, window glass and regulators, more chrome bumpers, etc.  Car manuals.
The car failed its last smog test because I had replaced a broken carb cable and not retuned it.  But it will run and can easily be brought to drivable condition.
Buyer can reject if not satisfied on inspection here.
I'm 79, we need room for a wife's new Tesla.
