This is a 1988 United Kingdom Brilliant Uncirculated 7 Coin Collection Sealed in the Royal Mint Original Packaging & Plastic Pouch. There are two reference pictures of what the set/coins look like. I have had 3 of these sets and the one in the listing is the only sealed set; however, there is a chance that the sealed set has weak glue in terms of the actual coins in the plastic gets loose from the cardboard display. The coins stay and don't move within the plastic seal, but I am not sure if it is common for them.
