This is a 1960's Vari-Vue Motion Lenticular, also called Flasher, or Flicker or Wiggle or Animation, and it is in excellent condition. We see two pictures on one, alternating back and forth, depending on the angle this item is held or viewed. First, we see the title: " Old Rarity " in red letters, which changes to the words: " Ask Me " in black letters. A fascinating set of effects! This flicker is in excellent condition, measures 3 inches across, and is marked Vari-Vue Mount Vernon on the back
