    Description

This 6 way varitone will work in any guitar that uses full sized pots. The shaft is long and American Standard in width same as a CTS pot. The first setting is bypass giving you your straight signal. The other 5 settings are the traditional Gibson settings. In input on the switch has a 100k resistor like the original which lowers the output giving the capacitors more effect. Each setting is grounded with 10meg resistor. Position 2 is .001, 3 .0033, 4 is a .01, 5 is .033 and 6 is .22. These are all going through a 7.5h choke. This is wired with an input and output so you can connect it to your switch or the line in between the switch and jack. This comes with a diagram. I can make a custom diagram if you have different wiring. All items made to order, 5 business day shipping time I can supply a diagram for whatever kind of instrument you have. This just replaces the tone pot and is wired the same way. You can also wire this to an independent volume if you want. Items that have been soldered on are not returnable, please contact me if you have a problem oncean item has been soldered. All pots and switcheshave been treated with a conductive lubricant to prevent moisture damage andcrackle in the pots. I don't like to bore peoplewith my life history but I have been playing guitar and bass for over 30 yrs. My father was also a guitar player and his band opened for the Allman Brothers , Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Procal Harum, Captain Beefheart,13th Floor Elevators and Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green etc. I put as muchcreativity and innovation in the pickguards that I make as possible making eachone different and adding features that allow you to get as many soundscombinations as possible.
