Bachmann Thomas & Friends Skarloey Custom (Unfinished) + Additional Parts.
This Bachmann Skarloey is an unfinished custom model. The cab interior, running board, smokebox, and other miscellaneous areas have been painted using acrylic.
This project is not finished and has some missing missing paint details (note the gold pipe under the cab is black on the other side).
The model is not professionally painted, and some of the paint application is not as crisp as I had hoped. The interior cab walls are notably not painted smooth due to the paint not being thinned.
The model has been tested and works, but there is a small clicking noise when running forward. This noise has never caused an issue, but can be slightly annoying.
Also included are some parts from Shapeways (smokebox door and firebox).
Please note the model has not been given a protective clear finish, so care should be taken when handling this model.
