41in loop resistance bands have a variety of uses but are mainly used for warm up, stretching, pull-up assistance, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman exercises. We offer a wide range of tensions to handle all kinds of applications.

COMBINE BANDS FOR MORE RESISTANCE -
We suggest buying more of the lighter bands and combining them for more resistance. As you stretch, the bands will increase in tension which makes them perfect for stretching, pullups, and other workouts.

RESISTANCE CHART -
Check product images for a resistance chart. This will help you choose a band that will fit your application. Orange-Purple-Yellow for basic workouts, Red is a good band for pull ups-squats, Blue+ for Powerlifting Strongman.

INTENDED USE
We suggest using lighter bands like Orange, Purple, and Yellow to stretch and do workouts at home when traveling, or at the gym. These bands are the most versatile for workouts, so we like to suggest purchasing these first if you need a resistance band to help with arms, shoulders, legs, back, and other exercises.
The Red band is good for band-assisted squats as well as a good starting point for an assisted pullup band; it might be too heavy for stretching or any shoulder or arm work though. Blue, Green, and Black are reserved for special purposes, they are the heaviest tension. Just make sure you have a purpose and try lighter bands before going with one of these.
MATERIAL STRENGTH
Recommended max tension is suggested on the resistance chart and measured at 2x length, we suggest stretching the bands no more than 2x the unstretched length. If you are unsure, please reach out for support before purchasing so someone can help you choose the best tension for your needs.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Resistance bands can be cleaned with a damp cloth only, never soak in water or wash with abrasive cleaners.
