    Description

    Here is a decent amber "Johnson & Johnson" gauze jar with no damage. Only some minor staining from being a dug jar. Also has original glass lid. Embossed on lid "Patented/ Columbia/ Dec 29th 1896." This is about a half pint. Red Book # 1340. It has become time for me to thin out my collection and none of these listed today have ever been on the market before, having been dug by me and in my possession. No. "8" embossed on the base.
