Francie no bangs inspired bubblegum pink dress and panty set custom handmade

Description

I'm happy to announce the first of Francie No Bangs inspired dress in bubblegum pink color.
The dress is treated with lavender scent fabric starch in order to keep the pleats firm longer than without the treatment.  The white vinyl is treated with fray check along all the edges.
