The 160 built-in designs included on the MC500E cover everything from florals/nature, birds, people, abstract designs, dinosaurs, space, and more. Six monogramming fonts (Gothic, Cyrillic, Cyrillic 2, Cyrillic 3, Script, Cheltenham) are also included so you can personalize every project. You can also transfer designs using a USB stick.
2 and 3 Letter Monogramming:
Personalize every gift and project by monogramming 2 or 3 letter initials on towels, bags, clothes, and more.
Auto Return Post Thread Break:
One of the advanced features found on the MC500E is its ability to sense when a thread breaks and to pause the machine. Once you have re-thread the machine, it will pick up where it left off without missing stitches or altering your design.
Flexible Stitch Traveling:
Jump from one area of your design to another in increments of 1, 10, or 100 stitches at a time with the flexible stitch traveling feature.
Programmable Jump Thread Trimming:
By utilizing the jump thread trimming option, your MC500E will automatically trim the jump threads to the designated length while it embroiders. This useful feature eliminates time-consuming thread weeding.
Editing Features:
You can use the large LCD screen on the MC500E to edit your designs. Among the multiple editing functions you have the ability to zoom, flip, drag/drop, arc, combine, enlarge/reduce, copy/paste, single color sew, group, and do corner layouts.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day FULL SATISFACTION & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the order. The order must be returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. We will not accept returns without a RMA. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to exchange the item. Items purchased new and returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
