    Vintage Mason's CFJ
    Patent Nov 30th 1858
    Whittled Quart
    Milk Glass Lined Zinc Lid
    H328
    Excellent Condition.
    No Cracks. No Scratches.
    Pale Blue-green.
    Nice Embossing
    Consolidated Fruit Jar Company.
    Blown Mold.
    Lettering Clear & Crisp.
    Side Seams clean and distinct.
    Glass is heavily Whittled (wavy and "rain" streaked bubbles)
    Ground Rim with small gringing flake - similar to a chip but is original
    these flakes occurred when the rims were ground down.  Unlike a later "chip" it is ground smooth and has no sharp edges.
    Zinc top surface of lid slightly corroded as is typical to zinc of this edge. Lid is plain. No Marks.
