4 holes are all 10mm diameter, the  plate can be compatible with CTS pots or some USA Spec pots with 10mm diameter  as well
You have to peel off the plastic  film on the plate to let it become mirror, we can not promise the color of this  plate would match the color of your pickguard a hundred percent (even our  pickguards), because colors vary from different factories and materials.
