1 - Epiphone Les Paul Standard Black Plastic Truss Rod Cover. 2 Ply. Cover comes with 3 Black Screws.
** Be noted,  these are considered seconds or blems. There is slight imperfections on these truss covers. If you look closely at photo #1  you can see it. They still look very good though.
