The Melco BRAVO is a commercial professional 16 needle embroidery machine capable of embroidering a wide variety of products at speeds up to 1100 stitches per minute.  16 Needles less time changing colors and threading the machine means more time sewing. BRAVO embroidery machines have a small clyindrical lower arm, allowing you to position embroidery on tight spaces like shirt pockets, sleevevs, backpacks, etc.  However BRAVO can also go big.  A larger 17.32" x 11.81" sewing field gives you the option to produce outstanding embroidery on jacket backs and other large items. There are dozens of popular hat styles, BRAVO embroidery machines can handle them all! Simply remove the hoop arms, install the cap driver, hoop your hat using our supplied cap gauge and frame, and go to work.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the order. The order must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. We will not accept returns without a RMA. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to exchange the item. Items purchased new and returned in a used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that the return for the following products is not permitted due to manufacturer’s policy, unless still sealed and/or unopened: Embroidery Software, Hardware, and Embroidery Designs.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped free within the continental 48 United States. Our goal is to ship all items within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS and generally arrive within 1-4 business days.
Free shipping and handling applies to continental US addresses only and free shipping is not available for AK, HI, PR and international shipments.
