It's a drop-in, prewired replacement for your Fender Thinline Tele's electronics, complete with vintage-quality components from Switchcraft, CTS, and Mojo Tone. Once they're in your guitar, the solderless pickup connectors allow you to install Quiet Coil Tele pickups with no soldering whatsoever. Just strip back the pickup wires, secure them into the solderless connectors, and you're ready to rock. Note from Mojo Tone
: Standard Tele wiring diagram included shows 250k pots and a .047uf capacitor. This harness utilizes 500k pots and a .022uf capacitor. Also, the neck pickup has an extra 3rd yellow wire that gets grounded to the screw terminal on the volume pot.
