OXIDIZED Vtg Kramer Metal Neck Plate 2 1/2 1 3/4 Guitar Plating Made In Usa

Up for auction is a new oxidized Kramer guitar plate.
This plate has surface oxidation / rusting markings on it. There are 75 plates available with various degrees of these markings, the one pictured is the worst of them.

I do not know much about these plates but they are marked Kramer and made in USA on one side, the other side is blank.
This plate measures 2 1/2" x 1 3/4"
The holes measure as follows
center of the top left hole to the center of the top right hole is 1 1/4 "
center of top hole to center of bottom hole is 2"
No serial number
These came out of an old plating company.

These plates are new but they do show some discoloration , I'm not sure what it is, but the plates are smooth they do not affect the surface.
