Rerooted repro American Girl with a repro Modern Art blue dress

Description

Yushan Wei is the artist who created this lovely OOAK American Girl repro and dress.  I purchased it at the Barbie Convention in 2002 for 5.  Her hair is jet black with great spit curls on the sides. And of course he added a ribbon for her hair!  He also sewed this blue version dress of the 1600 series Barbie fashion Modern Art.
Stored behind glass in a non-smoking home.
