The TheraBand FlexBars are a flexible, durable resistance device with a ridged surface for enhanced grip during use.  It is used to improve grip strength and upper extremity stabilization by bending, twisting, or oscillation movement. It has been research-proven effective for Tennis Elbow, offering a cost-effective treatment that requires no injection or expensive equipment.
We offer your choice of 4 different resistances:
X-Light Yellow: 1 3/8" Diameter, 6 lbs. of force
Light Red: 1.5" Diameter, 10 lbs. of force
Medium Green: 1.75" Diameter, 15 lbs. of force
Heavy Blue: 2" Diameter, 25 lbs. of force
TheraBand FlexBar is 12" long and is made from dry natural rubber in 4 progressive resistance levels to match user capability.
