Great piece of TV Show nostalgia. Round vinyl doll case featuring Buffy Davis from the classic 1960's TV show "A Family Affiar"
Case is in pretty nice shape, however, zipper only goes about a quarter of the way, other things are some markings on the inside, starp is intact.
