This pot holder does not look like it was ever used (no signs of wear).
There is a slight bubbling of the paint (making the surface feel a little bumpy).
I believe this is just a manufacture imperfection.
It was too subtle for my camera to show in a photo.
It is solid and well-made.
It has 4 black rubber feet and a metal hang loop to hang if from.
