Vintage Sailor & Flower Girl Salt & Pepper Set - Shawnee Pottery per my research no stickers - USA - Dim: Sailor 3.5"T X 2"W X 1.5"D, Girl 3.25"T X 2"W X 2"D - The pottery is glazed ivory and hand painted in multi-colors w/ gold trim. This salt & pepper set was first used at my parents Wedding Breakfast post WW II 1947 and at Holidays for years. They haven't had any condiments in over 50 years. The flaws are slight chips on top of boys cap where pepper came out also some discoloration, a chip on the base also, some paint wear on both and no corks (see pics). Yet that doesn't distract from their appearance and still makes a wonderful addition to a collection.
Good Used Condition.
Minimal wear for age.
I am downsizing my private collection.
