Vintage Topps Far Out Iron Ons Dracula For President Image Vampire Retro NOS GC

Vintage Topps Far-Out Iron-Ons by Topps Chewing Gum, Inc. Made and printed in USA. From the early 1970s. I have stated NOS because the unsealed top seems to just be that the glue dried out and is open at top. The pull tabs at sides are all intact.
Product number on back of envelope: 4-902-59-01-5
Iron on patch approximately 4"X 6"
Dracula For President is the iron on in this package as indicated by the pencil check mark on package. There is no other notations on the package that indicate what is inside, so must have been by vendor when opening box or from manufacturer.
Please see photos for quality of iron on. I slipped it out of top of package to photo because I noticed the glue had dried out at top. Iron on image looks good.  Package has a few light stains from storage but otherwise in great shape.
